We start all digital marketing work with thorough research. This usually looks like multiple conversations with you about your goals and current digital marketing effort. We then take a deep dive and audit everything we can. While we’re in this process, we’ll also look at your competitors, which channels are relevant to you and pull it all together in a strategy.

We also work with you to define what metrics are incorporated into your digital marketing plan and agree to a set of goals for the strategy.
Detailed reporting is also generally set up at this stage so we can start finding our base measure.

Create

Now that we have a strategy, we get to work. We start on creating all of the assets that are needed to launch your digital marketing.

Each client is different and during this phase we work across the broader team to create engaging marketing materials. As a full service agency we also cover off on any of the technical expertise that might be needed to get the most from your chosen marketing channels.

Launch

Time to get your digital marketing strategy implemented. During the initial launch phase we pay very close attention to the details and make a lot of minor adjustments and tweaks.

Are you based in Hobart?

Yes, Our Digital Marketing team is based in Hobart, the Hobart GPO building to be exact. You can work with one of our local digital marketing experts right here in Tasmania.

How will I know if it is working?

We’re data driven. It’s our job to make sure that you understand the numbers. We provide full monthly reporting with no fluff and no dodging of questions. We tweak and adjust constantly to make sure you’re getting the best ROI possible. If something isn’t working we’ll tell you.

Is there a minimum spend?

Every market is different and every business has different goals. We’ll generally be able to recommend a minimum spend based on these factors. We would be more than happy to have a quick call or Teams meeting to give you an indication of costs.

What packages do you offer?

We have worked with 100’s of clients over the years and fixed packages simply don’t work for the vast majority of clients. Sure it would be easier for us to offer a Small, Medium and Large but we would not be offering our clients completely tailored digital marketing services that makes sense for their business and growth.

Do you offer SEO?

SEO can be a game changer if used well. As part of our digital strategies we look at where we can integrate SEO into your plan so that your long term marketing plans aren’t just reliant on putting money into ads. If we’re also looking after your website we always do technical SEO optimisation as part of our build process as well.

How quickly can I see results?

Each business and market is different but generally speaking we expect to see measurable results in the first few weeks and months. For that reason we ask most clients to consider digital marketing for a minimum of 3 months to allow the results to start building.
